Well so far we’ve done pretty well for Summer… We’ve had a lot worse!
After your Sprint Detox, its important keep up the summer healthy eating and looking after yourself!
During the Summer, our metabolism is higher, we usually have more get up and go… With this in mind it’s important to look after your adrenal glands, thyroid and liver which all contribute to metabolism.

Drop-in & pain clinic

Osbourn, have teamed up with Wendy Baker, Clinical Hypnotherapist, to launch our new Drop-in & Pain clinic here at The Kings Rooms. This will run every Thursday morning between 10am – 1pm.
This is an exciting new project for us and will allow people to call in without booking an appointment for everyday ailments. You can find more information on the dedicated Drop-in & Pain clinic page.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to our new therapists who are available to help you. We now have a wide range of talking therapies including Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Psychotherapy, Integrative Counselling, Life coaching and CBT.
