Spring is in the air!
It’s not only important to Spring clean the home but also the body and mind as well.
During winter our metabolism is naturally slower and we may pile on a few pounds and tissue can get a bit clogged with waste. There are plenty of traditional ways to spring clean the body and mind, these may include herbal teas, meditation and mindfulness, increasing exorcise or taking up yoga.

Drop-in & pain clinic

Osbourn, have teamed up with Wendy Baker, Clinical Hypnotherapist, to launch our new Drop-in & Pain clinic here at The Kings Rooms. This will run every Thursday morning between 10am – 1pm.
This is an exciting new project for us and will allow people to call in without booking an appointment for everyday ailments. You can find more information on the dedicated Drop-in & Pain clinic page.
During the past couple of months we have also enjoyed welcoming some new therapists who are available to help you. We now have a wide range of talking therapies including Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, EMDR, Psychotherapy, Integrative Counselling, Life coaching and CBT.
